About Nina

I love my job and nothing makes me happier than playing an integral part in helping my clients find the homes of their dreams.   My passion for what I do is exhibited throughout the entire home buying and selling process.   This means that I will be there every step of the way to make this an easy transition and an enjoyable experience for you. I'll walk you through every step of the process including coordinating your inspectors, appraisers, lenders, resolving problems and finding solutions, right up to and after the closing of the deal. 

From the onset, I will assist buyers with the pre-approval process. Being Pre-Approved by a lender before you make an offer on a home can save you thousands of dollars later. I can recommend a top lender that I trust to help you through the financial process of pre-approval (targeting the amount that a financial institution will lend you).

I will assist first time buyers in understanding the advantages of buying versus renting, including the tax breaks you will enjoy. The interest that you pay to the bank is tax deductible. Property tax, parts of your closing costs and sometimes moving costs are deductible as well. Remember if you can afford a home and you don't make that purchase, you'll lose the benefit of significant tax deductions, along with building your home equity and the appreciation in home value.

My passion for what I do is also exhibited throughout the entire home selling process. I am addicted to work and love it. I will act as Your Full Time Professional by evaluating your property, providing marketing and exposure, and educating and advising you through the process. This includes negotiating, finding qualified buyers, and closing your escrow successfully.

I will assist you in understanding and determining market value to estimate a property’s potential selling price. I will perform a comparative market analysis including recent selling prices AND the original listing prices of homes in this area, showing what the owners paid for them, how much they sold for, and full details on the homes.

I will put together an extensive binder on your home, including important features about your home, inspections, and disclosures that will give potential buyers a clear understanding of your property. This will include community information including school scores, clubs, daycares, churches/temples, shopping, recreation, BART, traing and bus schedules, etc.

I will prepare a comprehensive plan to successfully promote and market your property that includes more than 30 ways to promote directly to prospective buyers and/or enlist the efforts of other real estate professionals. This includes innovative incentives to attract buyers in order to obtain the highest possible price for your property.
